Starfire

In DC Comics (the publishing company), Starfire was created by Marv Wolfman (who was the writer) and George Perez (the artist). She first appeared in DC Comics Presents issue 26, which was released in mid October of 1980. She is one of the founding members of Teen Titans, and also the girlfriend of Robin.

Origin

Starfire was born and raised, on the planet Tamaran, She is the princess of Tamaran and the younger sister of Blackfire. On the planet Tamaran, Starfire was trained by Galfore. A wise and powerful Tamaranian, and also a father figure to Starfire. All Tamarans are trained to fight to the death, or not at all. So, Galfore tried to teach Starfire how to also be a great and kind ruler. Eventually, when Starfire was a teenager. She was kidnapped by Gordaninas, who wanted to take Starfire as their slave. The Gordanians underestimated Starfire's abilities. She completely destroyed all of their units and ships, leaving no survivors and showing no mercy. Off course and away from home, Starfire eventually found her way to Earth. Here she created even more havoc. When Robin first encountered Starfire alone. She was speaking her people's language, and couldn't speak English. That is until she kissed Robin. After one little kiss, she could speak English clearly as any human being on Earth. Robin got backup from Raven, Cyborg, and Beast Boy to take down Starfire. This plan worked, and eventually Starfire gave up. She was crying that she couldn't get back home, So, Robin invited her and the others to become a new kind of family and team. With this bond, the Teen Titans were formed! Titans Go!

Powers and Abilities

Super-strength: Starfire can easily lift 100 tons on a regular bases, but her strength increases based on her emotions.
