Wakana has official joined the Choir and Sometimes Badminton Club and all seems well until Sawa starts acting weird.
Wakana punishes Konatsu
Wakana and Atsuhiro are taking their supplementary class. Later, Wakana sings a note for Taichi, Atsuhiro, Konatsu, and Sawa who sings after her. Konatsu announces the new member, Wakana, and when Wakana is about to apologize, Konatsu interrupts. She and Sawa talk about the white festival, a cultural fair where the school takes out the white rhino. Meanwhile, Sawa's father receives mail, and Konatsu go over the ideas from her club members. She wants them to sing on stage, and Sawa tries to think about beating the Vice Principal. Taichi states that they should just focus on singing their own songs. Then, a group of girls (choir class) enter the class, and the short haired girl tells them that they are serious about their futures and that they should not mess up their chances. Moments later, Konatsu heads to the student council, Sawa heads off to archer practice, and Taichi has to go to cram school for the college entrance exams. Atsuhiro asks Wakana about her future aspirations, and Wakana states that she does not know.
Shiho looks coy at her husband
At the student council room, Konatsu sees her brother who asks her if she believed her club can get in since the Vice Principal is in charge. Meanwhile, Sawa scores a direct hit, and she talks to her horse. Sawa comes home to see her father opening her letter. Sawa's father tells her to keep horse racing as a hobby and that she needs to get a position at the government. He asks her how she is going to make a living and reminds her about honest work. Shiho comes in and tells Sawa that the world of winning and losing is not nice. Sawa leaves her parents to read her letter. Meanwhile, Wakana looks over the her career choices, and Atsuhiro writes a letter about how he has not found his calling. Then, Atsuhiro throws away the letter and write something happy. Next day, Wakana wakes up to see her father telling her about the musical, and she asks her father to get another ticket.
Sawa falls off her horse
At school, Wakana finds her father's lunch has a heart with the letter love on it. She quickly hides the lunch, but Konatsu finds out that she has a lot of daddy love. Wakana asks Konatsu and Sawa about going to the musical which can give them ideas for the White Festival. Sawa seems preoccupied, and she leaves the two. When Wakana asks Konatsu what's wrong with Sawa, Konatsu states something about spring as she looks at the boys. In the principal's office, the vice principal asks him about the choir club's request, and the chair man appears. The chair man is here to discuss with the principal about the study plans. Over at Sawa's home, her parents notice she is not eating dinner, and Sawa weighs herself before hitting the bed. Back at school, Wakana instructs her members, and Sawa collapses. The two girls asks Sawa if she is going overboard with dieting. When Taichi remarks that Sawa is not fat, Konatsu and Sawa calls Taichi names. Sawa leaves the club with the two of her friends following her. Konatsu finds Sawa yelling at the phone, and she thinks Sawa is in love. Next day, Sawa, Wakana, and Konatsu watch the musical, and Sawa does not pay attention to the show. With Sawa heading off alone, Wakana checks out a book. During archery, Sawa still feels down, and when she rides her horse, she slips off.
