The incredibly powerful-- and incredibly hot-headed --sorceress Lina Inverse travels with her companions and saves the world a few times. And destroys a few towns on the way.
Lina Inverse is a young, fiery-tempered, brash, and exceedingly powerful sorceress. She is also greedy, gluttonous, and flat-chested (but don't tell her, or she might throw a fireball at you). She meets up with a rather dumb but loyal swordsman named Gourry, who assigns himself to be her bodyguard. Over time they make more friends, including the justice-loving Princess Amelia, the quiet and cursed Zelgadis, and the mysteriously cheerful priest Xellos. The main foursome (and sometimes Xellos) travel the world and occasionally separate, but always come back together just in time to save the world…even if Lina has destroyed significant chunks of it between savings.
