Plot Summary

Lucy and Pyxis points to east

Natsu's gang stares at the sky labyrinth, and Erza tells them to wait for Wendy since they cannot start without a fifth member. Elfman volunteers to be Wendy's replacement. He grabs Natsu's group and charges towards the floating city. Erza tells Happy and Lisanna to search for Wendy. Other guild members (Lamia, Blue Pegasus, and Sabertooth) are seen running towards the labyrinth. The narrator explains the rules (see points of interest). Inside the labyrinth, the Fairy Tail gang are surrounded by a 3D maze, and Lucy summons Pyxis to find east. Though, Erza already knew where east is due to her compass. Lucy points that going straight east will not help them since the maze is constructed in an unusual way. After the Pumpkin Head announcer makes his announcement that relieves Natsu, Erza tells them to make a note of the place, and Natsu informs them that his nose cannot work. Meanwhile, Lisanna and Happy asks Nab and Romeo about Wendy and Charle's whereabouts. The four go out to meet with their fellow guild members to form search parties. Inside the labyrinth, Lucy struggles to map the place, and Natsu and the group hears some folks. They spot the Twilight Ogre guild nearby. The Twilight guild makes fun of Fairy Tail's strength. The Twilight Ogre attacks Fairy Tail only to get knocked out of the labyrinth by Natsu, Elfman, and Gray.

Suddenly, the sky labyrinth starts to move and reconfigure. Natsu, Lucy, and the other guild members fall down and through the labyrinth. Elfman saves Lucy and Natsu. Erza finds a map from a mage, and Gray proposes that they should piece together the maps to make their map more accurate. Erza kicks down the leader of the Twilight Ogre. Erza and her gang decides to go on offense and leaving poor Lucy all frightened. Natsu, Gray, Elfman, and Erza beat up all the mages to steal their maps. They collect a total of six maps. Meanwhile, Alzack, Warren, and Max search for Lucy. Warren gives a telepathic message to Lisanna and Happy who think Wendy and Charle are at the palace. Back inside the labyrinth, Lucy, Gray, and Erza realize that since the sphere is rotating, the east and west are jumbled up. Lucy summons Pyxis since Erza's compass does not work. It's day time, and Natsu's gang fall down into a peaceful, little village. Erza tells them to keep running. The group finds themselves running a narrow bridge of land across a sea towards the goal.

At the goal of the sky labyrinth, the Pumpkin Head Announcer tells Natsu's gang that they placed eighth place much to the gang's surprise. High in the sky, the Pumpkin Head Announcer informs everyone that the elimination round has been finished. Happy finds Wendy's purse, and the two look around for their missing comrades. On a flower shaped street light, an imp observe the two. Then, Lisanna and Happy find Wendy and Charle who have collapses. Wendy wakes up and cries a bit. She wonders what has happened to her.
