Simon Brezhnev is a tall black Russian (Afro-Russian) who is a surprisingly peaceful and calm person. He happens to be a sushi chef who is often seen advertising for his Russian Sushi restaurant, but his mere appearance has a habit of scaring people away. Despite having trouble attracting customers, he continues trying every day to bring people into his shop.In a few episodes, Simon demonstrates that he has incredible strength on par with Shizuo, but unlike Shizuo he rarely uses that strength unless he wants to stop a fight.
