Rin Tsuchimi is the object of 5 girls' affections and must decide on who he should marry, even though it's a tough decision for him. Along the way healthy doses of romance, comedy, and even drama will come your way.
The gateways to the kingdoms of gods and demons are opened and can't be closed. In an ordinary suburb, the King of the Gods and his family move in on one side of the Tsuchimi family home, the King of the Demons and his family on the other. The teenage daughters of these two households set their sights on the human boy next door. Apparently they both fell in love with him years ago and have always wanted the chance to be near him, so the sudden availability of real estate in the human world is heaven-sent. But Rin already has a girl living with him-a childhood friend who is also in love with him. The three love rivals and their object all go to the same high school and … well, you can fill in the rest for yourself. We have to admit we never expected a high concept that melds Urotsukidoji with Urusei Yatsura, but sadly that's Shuffle's only claim to originality. Based on a computer game by Navel.
