Shueisha is a anime/manga location

This building is where the various Jump magazine have their offices. This is one of the main meeting places for mangakas and their editors.

The Shueisha building is where Mashiro Moritaka and Takagi Akito bring their first piece of work to be submitted to the Weekly Shonen Jump. After Akira Hattori looks it over, he claims that while it is good, there is a lot of room for improvement. The two work even harder on their next piece as Hattori begins to become more receptive of their ideas. After the two miss the chance at winning a contest by a margin, he allows them to come upstairs from the meeting area to see the actual Shonen offices.
It is in these offices that we see the different editors at work and busy taking care of their weekly needs in order to produce the magazine. There are different editorial departments each with their own department head and they all report to Hisashi Sasaki, the Executive Chief. Sometimes mangakas come by to discuss their work for an up-coming issue or work out a kink with a publication error or if their presence is needed directly at the office to take care of personal matters. The offices are adorned with different posters and memorabilia from successful real-life Shonen series.
Note: While this is meant to be an accurate representation of Shueisha Inc., it is still a fictional setting in the Bakuman franchise. For the actual Shueisha building, please see Shueisha Inc
