Shizuku Sangō

Origin

Shizuku Sango is the student council president for the girls side of the Co-ed school, which is central to the Kämpfer storyline. She is a red Schwert (Swords) type Kämpfer, and at first is a rather mysterious character, whose reasons for fighting as a kämpfer were unclear. We later learn that she wishes to become romantically involved with the Male Natsuru, who is a enemy blue Kampfer. Natsuru is rather slow to realize her feelings for him, even after a date. Traditionally Red and Blue Kämpfer are supposed to fight each other to the death on sight, but after the loss of her Sempai (a fellow red Kämpfer who lost her life after losing to a blue one), and at the refusal to be manipulated by those who made her a Kampfer, she decides to break the stigma of fighting the proxy war, and challenge the moderators' authority to make them show themselves and explain the reasons for the fighting. She is the most skilled fighter out of the main cast, and is rather blunt with both her speech and actions, even involving romantic matters.

Creation

Shizuku Sango was created by __ for use in the Kampfer manga and light novel, and it is not fully known as to what inspired her creation. She first appears in Kampfer #1 and in Kampfer: Volume One.

Powers

Kämpfer Form

When Shizuku enters her Kämpfer form, her inner hair changes to a glowing purple, and she gains her Schwert, which takes the form of 2 daggers attached by a chain, which appear to change in size. As she is a red kämpfer, she is allied with Mikoto Kondo, Natsuru's childhood friend.

Stuffed doll companion

Electrocuted Lynx

Shizuku's companion stuffed doll is the Electrocuted Lynx, an Entrails Doll sent by the messengers, and given to her by Sakura. It has a sharp tongue and personality, but is friendly with the other messenger dolls even before the Red and Blue Kämpfers establish a truce between each other as they team up to fight back against the Moderator's will.
