Shiro Fujimoto

Origin

Fujimoto was a guardian of both Rin and Yukio. He is much like a father to both of them and consider them as his own children. He was also the strongest exorcist in the world called Paladin. He was later killed himself in order to rid Satan out of his body and save Rin.

Creation

Shiro Fujimoto is created by Kazue Kato, and there is no information regarding Kato's inspiration used to create this character. He first appears in Blue Exorcist volume 1 and episode 1. His Japanese voice actor is Keiji Fujiwara.

Evolution

Appearance

Fujimoto is often wearing a glass. He had a white hair and wore a priest uniform. He also wore a pendant with a shape of a cross.

Personality

Fujimoto is a kind person who also share a close bond with Rin. He also protecting Rin from Demons and also consider him as his own child. He always seems to joke around and made fun of Rin. Although he really care about Rin and wanted to get Rin away from Demons for his sake.

Fujimoto made fun of Rin

Rin and Fujimoto share a close bond together. He care about Rin's safety and protect him from Demon cause Rin is the one who after by Demons. He and Rin doesn't have any Family relationship, although Fujimoto consider him as his own son. Rin was angry with him cause he ordered Rin to pack up and thought that Fujimoto was trying to get rid of him. When Fujimoto possessed by Satan, he later stab himself in order to protect Rin because he was care about him and then he died.

Seeing this, Rin was having a deep sorrow and called Fujimoto "Daddy", proven that Rin also consider him as his own father.

Fujimoto is also a guardian of Yukio. He also proud of Yukio cause Yukio is going to True Exorcist School.
