Shinobu Jacobs appeared after Travis Touchdown turned over half of Destroy High into ground chuck. He found Shinobu in one of the classrooms, but she took the ranked fight to the school shed. After the fight, she only suffered a lost hand and was spared so she can fight Travis in the future as a stronger woman. She had a brief reappearance in the final battle's outcome of NMH1 when she helped Travis by interrupting Jeane's final attack.No More Heroes 2
Shinobu returns from an tournament in China to serve Travis, whom is now dubbed her master to take over for some of his battles. She dons an bionic hand that was surgically infused after the original game and can kill as if her hand didn't get severed at all. She took Travis's place in the battles against New Destroyman and the Million Gunman.
