The token male super pervert, Shingo goes to every lengths that he can to spy upon naked women, or simply get in their good graces, as with all members of this stereotypical group, he always fails spectacularly. Usually by getting caught by the dean.
Like the time he tries to climb up the walls of the school hot spring to stare luridly down at all of the women through the skylight. Shingo gets decked out in a rather sophisticated spy outfit, but simply cannot seem to climb one pillar to get to the roof. Then the dean throws a pencil into his rear end and ends the stupidity before it can really take off.
