Sometimes objects like tarot cards, tea leaves, crystal balls are used to assist the fortune teller in his/her reading.

The "Gainax Bounce" refers to breasts bouncing around gratuitously in anime, often in ways that seem to defy physics.

There is a particular genre of anime, usually shounen, devoted entirely to the playing of various games, such as mahjongg, Go, etc. These anime may also be tie-ins for CCGs.
