The mystical dragon who will grant a wish if the seven Dragon Balls are gathered together.
Dragon Ball GT introduces the Black Star Shenron who is a much larger Shenron made by Kami when he and Piccolo Daimao were still one entity. He is summoned when the Black Star Dragon Balls are gathered and can grant any single wish and it does not matter where they use the Black Dragon Balls it would not affect anything unlike the Earth Dragon Balls and the Namekian Dragon Balls.
Powers
Shenron has the ability to grant any wish as long as they do not exceed his creator's power, he is functionally immortal and possesses divine powers and magic powers which he uses to grant wishes. He can fly and has red eyes, they glow while he is granting a wish.
