Yamanegi is determined to enjoy his school days-a desire made easier by attending a place of learning where the teachers are more interested in looking at girls' underwear and the classes are a nonstop party. This one-shot anime revived Go Nagai's controversial 1968 manga, originally run in Shonen Jump, much to the annoyance of PTA organizations all over Japan. Compare to Nagai's equally silly Kekko Kamen. N
