If Senna had lived do you think there would be a different story happening in bleach and would they have finally hooked up?

They would make a good couple imo, She was probably the person in the hwole series who has gotten closest with Ichigo, and she isnt dead, Well she might not be, at the end of the movie Ichigo catches the ribbon he bought her, and then a girl looking exactly like Senna runs pasts him, then on another episode, the ones with the princess of the noble family comes to the real world, senna can be seen behind ichigo in a restaurant
