Sei

Origin

Sei is a tall Chinese woman who is the leader of the mercenary group that composed of Jo, Meg, Amy, Tachibana Kyohei, and Leo Jinno. She is part of Bai Lan group, also known as the White Orchid Clan, which it used to ran by her grandfather and other clan members. Sei is the only person who recruited Jo and Meg from New York and Amy from her own country.

Creation

Sei is a main character from the anime/manga series Burst Angel. Sei first appeared in the Burst Angel: Angel's Adolescence Volume 01, CH. 05 "ACT. 5", and her first anime appearance was in Burst Angel - Episode 01 "Hell Comes Silently". Her character in the Japanese series is voiced by Rie Tanaka, and the U.S. dub is done by Clarine Harp.
