Tomoe avenges the death of her fellow priestesses, and Claudette announces her decision to participate in Queen's Blade.
Reina is annoyed that Nanael keeps tagging along with her, considering all the times she's almost gotten her killed. Luckily, Nanael is too much of a failure to be a real threat. Instead, she decides to hide that fact and follow Reina anyways.
Meanwhile, Tomoe and Shizuka reappear after being absent for the past two episodes, and reminisce about their wild and crazy adventures you didn't see while Reina was dealing with retarded angels, underwear-less tree-hugging elves and evil ghost maids. They get lost on their way to the capital of the continent and stumble upon a hot spring. They decide to take a dip and rest there.
A short while later, Elina comes into the area with a full caravan and kicks Tomoe out of the hot spring. Elina then asks Tomoe if she was the one who fought Reina earlier, and challenges her to a fight. Tomoe responds that she won't fight someone who isn't dressed, let alone for petty reasons. While this happens, Elina's mysterious dark-skinned maid turns out to be an evil assassin. Shizuka tries to quietly deal with her, only to get herself bound and gagged and then held hostage.
The dark-skinned maid then leads Tomoe into a trap and forces her to disarm and strip nude while she punches Shizuka in the face. However, Tomoe decides to call an official Queen's Blade match to expose the assassin's identity. An angel immediately comes down to certify the match. The two end up calling out their attacks as Tomoe gets her sword back and uses an ultimate attack that rips off Irma's armored bra, winning the match.
As Tomoe and Shizuka then share a touching moment, Reina watches from afar while Nanael is reminded that she is a failure of an angel.
Also, Claudette decides to set out after Reina again for some dark, mysterious reason. Oh, and Elina slept through the whole fight.
