Satellizer VS. Pandora

Milena is stopped by Chiffon and Ticy from approaching Maria's body. Meanwhile, Cassie shoots an energy beam at Satellizer. Ganessa steps in, sacrifices both of her arms and blocks Satellizer from harm. At her disbelief, Satellizer learns that there are people who consider her as friend and comrade at the academy. Satellizer reevaluates her life at the academy and interpersonal relationships.

Traumatized at the sight of Ganessa's presumed death, Satellizer goes berserk and turns into Nova Form and brutally beats Cassie. Satellizer cuts both of Cassie's arms andrips the Nova Stigmata out of Cassie's chest. Free from Nova control, Cassie begs Satellizer to kill her. Satellizer gladly obliges. However, Kazuya holds Satellizer back in the nick of time, to stop her rage and calm her down. Satellizer returns to normal.

In addition, Ganessa is found to be alive and that Milena has been defeated. The Pandoras believe the battle to be over. However, Nova 1, the only remaining Nova, disappears from the battlefield. Noticing Milena's flashing Nova Stigmata, Chiffon informs Sister Margret, but too late. Nova 1 has uses Milena's Stigmata as a beacon and teleports into Ravensborne Nucleocheode. Satellizer, Lana, Ingrid, Cleo, Arnett, Attia, Elizabeth, Chiffon and Ticy enter the Ravensborne Nucleocheode to fight the Nova.

However, the Nova Stigmata Satellizer holds in her hand infects and turns her into Nova Form. Nova 1, through Satellizer, casts a powerful Freezing and stops the Pandoras in mid-movement towards Maria's sacred body. Satellizer begs Kazuya to help her, while under the control of the Nova. Kazuya, hearing her cries for help, activates his Freezing on Satellizer and breaks free from the Nova's control. The Nova's Freezing is stopped and all the Pandoras are free to move again. The Pandoras finish off the Nova and saves Maria from being taken from West Genetics Academy.

After recovering and returning to East Genetics, Cassie, encouraged by both Kazuya and Satellizer's ideals, informs Milena that she has decided to join the Chevaliers while still being a novelist. At West Genetics, Satellizer visits Ganessa at the hospital. The other Pandoras comment on Kazuya's positive influences on Satellizer's personality.

In the epilogue, Sister Margaret has a talk with a "Professor Aoi" over the Stigmata as a double-edged sword. Professor Aoi warns that the fight with the Nova is far from over.
