Sanji is the Chef of the Straw Hat Pirates. He's a chivalrous fighter who loves women to an almost extreme degree. A top of the line chef who will never use his hands in a fight.
Sanji is a boy who grew up in the North Blue Sea, but later moved to the East Blue some time later. There he worked on a ship as a kitchen assistant and heard the legend of the All Blue, a sea where all the fish in the world gather together. Sanji dreamed of seeing the All Blue as a child, but ti was laughed at as just a fantasy. One night, the ship he worked on was attacked by the pirates of Red Leg Zeff. He attempted to save his ship, declaring he will find the All Blue; but is knocked overboard. When he awakes, he's alive and on a small isolated rock in the middle of the sea, and the only other person there is Zeff. The two barely manage to survive there because Zeff saved him from drowning. It's because he too is a chef who shares the same dram of the All Blue. After barely surviving from starvation, Zeff takes Sanji in and they create the floating restaurant known as Baratie.
Sanji is one of the main characters in the series One Piece that was created by Eiichiro Oda. The series first began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump on August 4, 1997. He would later appear in the Baratie Arc that began in Volume 5.
Sanji's first appeared in One Piece Volume 5, CH. 43 "Introducing Sanji", and his first anime appearance was in One Piece - Episode 20 " The Famous Cook! Sanji of the Floating Restaurant". He has had separate voice actors for her adult version and another for her child version told in the flash back story in the Japanese and English versions of the series. His standard Japanese voice actor is Hiroaki Hirata. The child version of Sanji was voice by Ikue Otani. For the U.S. dub produced by FUNimation is done by Eric Vale . The child version is done by Christine Auten.
Sanji is a character who is obsessed with women and worships the females onboard the ship. A joke with sanji was originally his lack of bounty when Zoro had one. Then later the picture for his poster was taken with the lens cap still on resulting in a poorly drawn picture of him being used instead, which he believes nobody will recognize.

After the two year time gap that follows the crews greatest defeat against Bartholomew Kuma at Sabaody Archipelago and the events of the Whitebeard War at Marineford. Sanji was sent to Peachy Island , the current home of Emporio Ivankov and his subjects of all male cross dressers. There he was trained to increase his power as a fighter and saw it as a challenge to his manhood. He would fight the local Okama masters to acquire instructions on how to prepare the famous food that is rumored to give the men of the island their great strength. The most dramatic change in appearance is that now his hair style as been switched. When before only his right eye was ever shown. Now, only Sanji left eye is uncovered by his hair style. The eyebrows are different and the swirl pattern is at the start of his left eyebrow.
Sanji goes with Zeff in the teaching and learning in his cooking, and especially how to use the ingredients as sparingly as possible and optimally tailoring. His martial arts he learned from him. It is especially striking that he only uses his legs, his hands so he does not hurt to be a cook for the most important tool.In the time also works Carmen on the Barati and summarizes the decision to emulate him.
He is under the chef and captain Zeff the chief cook and assigns each guest, who has some fault with the food or even buried just on purpose "friendly" the door, while he treats the female guests and often treats us with dessert -Full Body finds, for example Sanji double wrath as this not only his companion Moody treated badly, but is also the soup cooked by him as inedible food, because he had been disgraced itself.
Shortly afterwards he saw Nami , which his heart by storm - and it is also, ultimately, with a main reason why Sanji in Luffy bonds occurs. Found next to his dream team, the All Blue, it is for him a lifetime to read all the lovely navigator wishes in mind.
Sanji is tall and slender. He is most often formally dressed and wearing a tie. He is a top of the line cook that can make fine cuisine out of almost anything. Sanji is a rather cool personality. Though his love for beautiful women shows a drastically different side of himself. He's quick to fall love sick for any woman he comes across.
His blond hair is always combed over his left eye and only been seen in rare anime episodes. He's also sensitive about the spiraled shape of his eyebrow. The series creator,
While a member of the Straw Hat crew, every member has a personal Jolly Roger. Sanji's is marked by a chef's hat and a spiraled eyebrow.
Ever since Luffy saw his first Wanted poster, Sanji had expressed an interest in having his own. He was even jealous that the back of Usopp's head appeared in Luffy's photo. After the events in Enies Lobby and the defeat of the CP-9, Sanji finally received a wanted poster (Chapter 435/Episode 320).
The amount of the bounty wasn't an issue it was the photo. His long awaited Wanted Poster had a rough and humiliating sketch he felt looked nothing like him.
Photo: The attempt to take a photographed had failed. It would appear that the Marine in charge of that task forgot to remove the lens cap from his camera. In it's place was a rough sketch.
The anime version of the events in One Piece have been the only times Sanji's left eye was seen, pre-time skip and it was finally revealed. This was due to minor animation mistakes. The times his left eye was seen animated was in Episodes 21, 27, 82, and 128.
Though Sanji was an early appearing character in the One Piece story. He didn't appear in the first One Piece movie. His first movie appearance was in the second film, One Piece - Clockwork Island Adventure(2001). Similar to a mistake made in the anime, Sanji's left eye makes a brief appearance due to an animation mistake in the sixth movie, One Piece - Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island(2005).
