This episode opens with a rather surreal scene with Robin and Nami, Iceburg's message that Robin chose her friend's lives over the world's safety, then there is a recap of the previous episode's events.

Nami didn't make it in time and Paulie arrives shortly afterward.

The opening theme starts.

The Blue Station workers exit and find Paulie and Nami. They grossly misunderstand the circumstances.

Paulie thinks she's crying, but she's in a fury. In a commanding tone she calls to go after them. They start to argue and Paulie suddenly grabs everyone. A huge tidal wave starts moving in.

The Aqua Laguna seems far stronger then normal.

Suddenly, a carpenter says they have a note for her. they found it thanks to a rather large message Sanji wrote on the wall. It took Nami a minute to read his message. The first half was a "pointless love-letter". The actual point of the letter had been added as a post script, a P.S.

With the letter was found a baby Den Den Mushi.

Nami fills Chopper in, and they go back on their search for Luffy and Zoro.

On the back of the Puffing Tom, Sanji contemplates how he should sneak aboard, A member of the World Government walks out and finds him. With a grin Sanji knocks him to the end of the car. The car is filled with government agents who draw their weapons.

Their commander cancels the command to warn Lucci about the intrusion. He's an incredibly tall man who is already towering over Sanji. he tries to hit Sanji with a barage of punches, but only succeeds in hitting his own men. Sanji loses patience and ends it with a single kick.

The make up of the trains security is explains the Lucci, but he doesn't seem interested.

Nami searches for Luffy and Chopper shouts for Zoro in Water 7. A flashback shows Nami asking the train conductors to gather food. Specifically, a lot of meat. Nami's thinking ahead and knows just what Luffy will need once they do find him.

Nami starts to become concerned that they can't find them.

Paulie finds the workers gathered at the edge of the city. Kokoro notices that the more the water recedes the higher the return will be. Chimney peaks over the edge. The water has receded from what was the mainland for what looks like miles.

Nami arrives and Chimney sees something between two buildings. Nami looks over the ledge and is shocked at how far the sea has drawn back. Nami looks to what Chimney was pointing to, and there she finds Luffy.

Now that she's found him, she dashes into the downtown area. Nami climbs on the ledge of the bridge and leaps to the roof tops. Kokoro screams that heading further in i asking for death. It's where the Aqua Laguna will hit first and hardest.

Nami runs further in to get to Luffy.
