Saint Has Come

Saint Has Come is an anime episode of Basquash! that was released on 05/07/2009
Life has become a little boring on Earth Dash. While streetball has taken off, and many people are excited by this new sport, Basquash, there is little opportunity to play. The police are littering every corner, and any game that begins is ended swiftly.

Dan, after letting his friend/pet fart on his face, delivers a package. Dan arrives only to discover that the person waiting for him also has a bigfoot, and is challenged to a game of one-on-one. Dan is thoroughly trounced until police come to stop the game. Dan is beaten up by the police, while his opponent, found to be Falcon Lightwing, is a world-renowned BFB player.

Haruka tries to get the mayor and police to allow some Basquash matches, though with no success.  When she tries to break out her secret weapon (seduction with a side of Lunar Bust), James Ron busts into the office and steals Haruka's thunder. He succeeds in setting up Basquash as an official game, but not until the name is changed to Open City Basketball. He invites anyone to come and tryout to be on one of the teams.

Many characters show up to the auditions: Dan JD, Falcon Lightwing, Sela D Miranda, Iceman Hotty, and even Princess Flora (after having been coached by Coco JD). After many people qualify, the match between Dan JD and newfound rival Falcon Lightwing begins. After a long time of Dan being destroyed by Falcon's defence, Iceman breaks into the match. There is apparently a history between himself and Falcon, which Iceman acts on. Refusing to be ignored, however, Dan steals the ball, and goes for a dunk, which he fails miserably at. James calls the match to an end, and tells all three players that they qualify, trying to sign Dan to an immediate contract. James somehow knows information about Dan's sister Coco, which confuses Dan.

The episode ends with Flora practicing for the next round, and a sinister voice calling for her from the alleyway.
