Japanator spotted this unique web-based toy: a flash program that allows you to design your own Sailor Senshi (or Sailor Scout, if you prefer). At first glance it seems pretty basic, but as you go through you can pretty much customize everything except placement of the items. There are also enough items in there that I think you can create pretty much any of the existing Sailor Senshi.
I went ahead and created a Sailor Vice for your viewing pleasure, but I'd love to see what you guys come up with in the comments. Maybe I'll even award some bonus points to anyone who manages to be particularly creative...

Sadly you can't get rid of the logo at the bottom, but hey, it's still a pretty cool tool. Have fun!
