Sai Saici is the pilot of Dragon gundam and the fighter of neo-China. He also is the youngest fighter at only 16.
He is a bit of a slacker in his training until the finals arrive.
During the finals he meets a young girl named Cecile and becomes smitten with her. Ironically she is the sister of his next opponent.
He is the 'ace of clubs' in the shuffle alliance and fights using shaolin style martial arts. He is one of the few ever to fight Domon to a draw.
