Yasutora Sado's name was mispronounced by Ichigo and he is now known as "Chad."
Sado Yasutora, known as Chad to his friends, is one of Ichigo Kurosaki's best friends. Ichigo and Chad became friends when Chad protected Ichigo from a group of thugs making fun of his orange hair. Since then, they stuck to each other very closely.
Chad is unnaturally strong for a teenager of his age, but even with his strength he has sworn not to fight others unless it is to protect people. Even without his powers, he was able to stop a steel girder using only his back.
Powers and Abilities
The origin of Sado's powers are never truly explained until after the time skipped reboot of the BLEACH story. It's revealed that Sado possessed a power called Fullbring. Fullbring is a special skill that is only used by humans who's parents were attacked by Hollows while still in the womb. The weapons they use are based upon something they hold pride in. For Sado, it's his skin.
He makes use of two armored, powered up versions of his arms: his right arm, Brazo Derecha di Giganto (Right Arm of the Giant) is armored, with a red and black color scheme, and can fire energy blasts, as well as make use of "El Directo", an augmented blast of energy that can be used either to power up his punches or simply as a beam attack.
His left arm, Brazo Izquierda del Diablo (Left Arm of the Devil) is, instead, red and white, as a parallel to its companion. With this arm, Chad can utilize the technique "La Muerte" (The Death). With this technique, he charges five disks of spiritual energy at his fingertips, then forms a fist. The resulting blow was enough to defeat a Privaron Espada, indicating the strength of this technique.
