A friend of Kyohei Kadota who is also a member of the gang Dollars.
Origin
Not much is known about Kyohei currently, other than the fact that he is a member of the Dollars and the driver of the van the four-person group (made up of himself, Kyohei, Walker and Erika) uses to get around Ikebukuro. He happens to be a very big fan of a famous idol named Ruri Hijiribe, and became good friends with an illegal immigrant named Kaztano who worked as a ticket scalper because he would always get him front row seats to her concerts. When he heard that Kaztano was kidnapped, he was the one who pushed his friends to get together and find the kidnappers, which they did before Kaztano became another test subject at Yagiri Pharmaceuticals.Apparently, he was a former member of the Blue Squares along with the rest of his van gang.
