Creation

Ruka Noji was created by mangaka Tachibana Higuchi. He is voiced by Miwa Yasuda in the anime.

Ruka is Natsume Hyuuga's best friend and he likes Sakura Mikan. He's very care about Natsume and Mikan, and animal. When he's with animal, his personality changed, that's why he hides it.

Abilities

Ruka possesses the Animal Pheromone alice that allows him to influence the emotions and actions of animals through the use of pheromones. He is also able to understand animal communication.
