Rolo Lamperouge
Rolo is a false brother to Lelouch Lamperouge and has the Geass ability to stop others' perception of time.
After Lelouch's memories are erased after the events of season one, Rolo stands-in as his brother to fill in for Nunnally's absence. He is under orders to kill Lelouch should he regain his memories. Rolo has the Geass ability to temporarily suspend perception of time by everyone in an affected area. When he pilots his Knightmare Frame, the Vincent, he uses this power to make it appear as if his suit is teleporting across short distances. The downside of this power is that Rolo's heart stops when his Geass is affect.
