Overview

Robotic;Notes is originally a visual novel game that was developed and published by 5pb, released on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on June 28, 2012. The game spawned a total of 5 manga adaptations and an anime series that is airing on Fuji TV in Japan for fall of 2012. It is set in 5pb's "Science Adventure" universe that includes Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate, though there is no direct overlap between the three franchises.

Plot

It revolves around Kaito and Akiho's Robotic Research Club, and Akiho works hard to achieve her dream of building a robot like Gunvarrel.

Robotic;Notes by Mag Garden

Mag Garden publishes the manga in its Monthly Comic Blade magazine starting in March 2012. The art is done by Keiji Asakawa. Its first tankobon volume is published on July 12, 2012.

Robotics;Notes: Revival Legacy

This manga adaptation follows Frau Koujirou's story. The art is done by Tatsuya Shihira. No release date has been revealed for the tankobon volumes. The manga originally runs Shueisha's Ultra Jump magazine starting on the 9th issue in September 2012.

Robotic;Notes (Fall 2012)

The anime is produced by Productions I.G and broadcast by Noitamina and Fuji TV. It is directed by Kazuya Nomura.

For audiences outside of Japan, it is available via simulcasts on Funimation and Hulu.
