Meet Ritsu Namine!
Now a new Vocaloid2 character is reportedly coming, according to an October 12th announcement, and her name is Ritsu Namine. Ritsu is a "whispering" vocal and her style is all about being a mix of Japanese style and western style. The outfit seen here is clearly a Japanese gothic lolita take on primarily western style-- I'd rather see her in a wa-loli outfit. "Wa," as some of you may recall, is a prefix that means Japanese, where "yo" is western. A typical "wa-loli" outfit is one of those dresses you see that has frills and a poofy skirt but is styled like a kimono. Instead, she's very western...and by that I mean like Old West.
Still, though, she's a redhead, and I do love me some redheads. Her face has kind of a hard expression...hmm. A few videos have already appeared on YouTube presenting her voice, so here's one.
