Some parts of the image are a little bit pixelated.
This also happens to me when I make screenshots from the Horrible Subs videos. To solve this problem I usually go frame by frame and take the screenshot again (I hope you can understand my english).

Oh no, it's not my image. It's from Random Curiosity.
Though, Fairy Tail's animation has declined since the Tenrou Island arc ended. I will attempt to fix this one now that you pointed out the quality of this image.

I check the scene, and it's still pretty pixelated at the bottom of her legs and her face. I tried 720P and 1080P. It's the animation's problem.
Mmmm, that's strange, but anyway, I think the picture still looks good xD.
