He has black hair that drapes past his chin. His left bang has three spikes.

Relationships

• Mikoto Suoh: In Mikoto's cell, he tells Mikoto that he cannot stand to breathe the same air and tells Mikoto to renounce his throne. Despite what he says, it seems that he has pity on Mikoto.
• Seri Awashima: Reishi finds her ways of holding Mikoto down cold, but he respects her methods. He and Seri respect each other.

Due to being the Blue King, he has the Sword of Damocles. His aura can match Mikoto's aura, and the two's strength are on par.
