Opening Theme

"Rave-olution" by Reel Big Fish

Ten years ago, Sakura Glory receives a letter. She goes inside her house to read it while Cattleya stops Haru from eating his necklace. Sakura tells them that she knows where their father is and tells them to be good before she leaves to find Gale Glory. This is followed by a recap of King's story on how their friendship is torn apart. More scenes from Demon Card massacre are displayed. Meanwhile, Elie is running up the stairs while remembering Clera's words.

King explains to Haru that Sakura Glory's life was ended by him. In the flashback, Gale mopes on his mistakes. Slade thanks Gale for helping him arrest King and revealing the location of Demon Card's organization. But, Gale is a former Demon Card member, so Slade points a gun at him and decides to kill him. King appears and slashes Slade's back, killing him almost immediately. King slashes Gale's face to teach him a lesson for taking his family away from him, leaving him in loneliness. King continues slashing at Gale until Sakura runs into the scene, yelling at him to stop. Gale asks her what she is doing here, and King explains that he sent her a letter to bring her here. Gale tells Sakura to run away when King says that he will teach him the loss of family. Gale pleads him not to do it, but King ignores him. As soon as King raises his sword and slices Sakura, flashbacks of Gale's life with his wife flashes before his eyes. Sakura's lifeless body falls on top of Gale. Sakura's last words are "I was happy."

King tells Gale that he is not satisfied yet. He places a Dark Bring, End of Earth, into the scar across Gale's face and makes the jewel travel farther into the other man's body, forcing Gale into a life of isolation. Before King leaves, he tells him that he will end his life someday, so Gale should never stop suffering until then. Gale stares blankly without a word, his wife's peaceful corpse staying with him. Back to Elie, she finally reaches the top of the tower. Gale then explains that he brought Sakura back to Garage Island, and he wanted to write a letter, but he couldn't find the words to describe how he would have to fight the fear of isolation and Overdrive. This is why Gale cannot come back home on Garage Island those ten years ago. And it turns out that Gale could not activate End of Earth because it requires his death. Furthermore, Gale regrets those ten years of loneliness. Haru sheds tears because he did not understand his father's situation. Haru rushes to King and pushes him over. Haru yells at King that he was not a bad guy, but King tells the Rave Master that he does not understand, lifting the boy off him and throwing across the room. King explains that it was all destiny, Raregroove against Symphonia, and that's how it will always be. Haru responds by saying that destiny is not his reason for fighting. Plue brings Haru's sword, and the fight between Haru, Gale, and King continues.

Haru tells King that he will fight to end the fighting once and for all. King reveals his Melforce (Hollow Sword) which Haru says to himself that Melforce is the sixth commandment, a form of his sword as well. King uses Desperado Bomb on them. Elie arrives to see the door break down and explode, making Haru and Plue fly out. Elie plants her feet and catches Haru, making him land right on top of her. The smoke clears slightly, and Gale asks Haru if Elie is her girlfriend because she's kind of cute. Haru stammers a reply while Elie introduces herself. Gale says pleasantries can wait because King is still here. The aforementioned blonde man appears, commenting on how stubbornness must run from father to son if they survived a move like that. Elie then takes this chance to give Haru the Rave of Combat. Haru thanks her, and King laughs wondering how Haru would get stronger with that.

Haru says that he will show him and promptly drops the Rave of Combat into Plue's paws. Elie complains to him about doing that after she came all this way to give it to him. There is a little flashback of Clera saying the answers will become clear some day, the answers to defeat the darkness. Plue yells out as smoke appears from the rave in his paws and fills the room.
