A popular party girl at school and the most unstable of the Quartet.
She had a lot of difficulty with her borrowed life and the means to maintain it. The moment she gets used to her current situation, she starts resenting everyone around her. Along with Claire, Rachel is one of the more aggressive fighters.
Dead Girls
Her attitude and her apperance has changed greatly throughout the years between the end of the original series and the OAV. She became a master at planting and other things involved with dirt. She's a greater help during battle and for even worse situations, she built a mech, but it only had seats for two people and it looked pretty unstable. A chunk of her fashion sense still harbors inside her and it showed with the mech she built. She normally weilds a metal boomerang as a weapon when she's without the mech.
