Queen's Blade is base on visual novel for Hobby Japan
Overview
Queen's Blade was originally a Japan anime. When it was presented in English by Media Blasters in North America it sparked much interest. When it has previously aired on other channels, its been highly censored due to the sexual content. There are few stations who even air the series, and if it is aired, it is usually heavily censored, so you miss quite a large portion of the episode and ultimately the plot. The series originally came from a visual book and a game, but then spawned into a highly popular animated series and magna series. The series features a large amount of assasains and highly trained warriors. Though not all characters have this personality or talent, some, for example, Menace are gentle rulers, but the overall personality seems to be head strong and stubborn.A large portion of the characters are from the Vance family. Some of the more prominent characters from the family are; Frolell. Leina and Elina. Many of the franchise's content is still waiting to be transferred to English form. Recent games have come up with much upgraded content and newly designs for the characters. The franchise continues to grow in Japan as well as the United States and North America.
