Does anyone remember exactly how Queenie died?

In all the chaos of the northern war portion of Claymore I could not figure out the precise moment she was killed, all that blonde hair and uniform wardrobe kinda hindered my search for her death, anyone know specifically which awakened being killed her, what episode it happened in, and this may be asking too much but the time-index it happened?

Hmm thats hard one to figure out I have read and watched that story arc so many time that I have not figured out when she died. Sorry I couldn't help.
