Puffing Tom (Sea Train) Characters

Franky is the cyborg shipwright of the Straw Hat Pirates. A wild guy who runs on cola and covered in weapons.

Kokoro was at one time the lovely assistant to Tom. Now she lives with her grand daughter Chimney at the Sea Train Station.

Tom was a fishman shipwright who lived in Water 7. He built the pirate ship of Gold Roger, and taught Franky and Iceburg to build.
