The official English subbed trailer is up! The taste of what Homura's feeling is like dark chocolate. Rich and bitter...

I just wish they actually shine the spotlight more on the side characters, this time... you know, like Sayaka? :P

I'm just saying, I get that Homura and Madoka are like the 'main characters' and everything, but the others need the development as well. Especially Sayaka. Fanboy mode turned off.

It seem like Homura have a persona now :)

Also, I think this the first time I saw a WB logo on an Anime movie

I can't wait to get this movie. But it probably will cost me an arm and a leg to get it :(

@OminousFlare: Considering that Sayaka, Kyouko and Mami are also present, they're likely getting more deeper into their development as well in the whole tale. Hopefully, that will also be the case.

@Destinyheroknight: Yeah, seeing the WB logo did surprise me there, but the credit was deserved considering that their Japanese branch is distributing this movie. (Proof via ANN)

@Bigheart711:

Sweet. I remembered from the trailers: Homura Akemi was trying to shoot herself in the head. That was pretty wow. Though, I should expect her to break down and lose hope. I hope the movie comes to the US, not the dub version.

@takashichea: Anything still goes from here. Also, about how Homura's pointing the gun at herself... (Very sure about you seeing the series, but I'll cover this statement up in case you or anyone else seeing this haven't.)

It's a wild-ass guess, but Homura could be creating either some sort of distraction to get someone or something off of her from an enemy that is unaware of Soul Gem abilities or something else entirely. Remember when Kyuubey mentioned on how a Soul Gem works? Around the end of Episode 6 in the anime, he states that unless the soul gem is destroyed or harmed in some way, it can also heal their bodies, even when the injury(ies) would be fatal and even when a magical girl would lose all of her blood. As long as her Soul Gem isn't crushed or blackened up to the point of becoming a witch, a bullet to the head won't seriously kill her at all unless she wore hers on her head like Mami did (Which was why she died from getting her head eaten by Charlotte).

We also got a new character who becomes a magical girl and a new enemy by the name of "Nightmare" who isn't a witch at all. (via ANN)

The third film will open in Japan on October 26. The film will then open in the United States, Canada, and France this winter. Aniplex announced at Japan Expo in Paris that the film will debut in France in November. Aniplex aims to release the third film in still more countries worldwide, just as it did for the first two films.

@takashichea: Looks very cute! I didn't know that they would end up creating Nagisa's figure that fast yet. There are some huge suspicions about a connection between her and a witch, however. Speaking of which, I found two more trailers!
