A group of high ranking political officials are having a private meeting when the robot geisha that were there to entertain them go rouge and take them hostage. The situation is too serious for the police or military and the in fighting between the two isn't helping. Section 9 arrives on the scene just in time to defuse the crisis and rescue the officials. This is only the beginning of Section 9's work, however, as they look into the events of the evening. They eventually uncover what actually happened and it becomes a race against time to prevent a major government crisis from occurring.
