Nettle hit Sarah's Charmander, but it wasn't going down the easily. Thick smoke came from the Charmander, as the battlefield was enveloped in it. "Nettle, the smoke, I can't see anything! Try to evade the Charmander's attacks!" Nettle moved slowly through the smoke, trying to find the opponent. Willow's Bulbasaur felt some heat, from the Charmander's ever burning tail, and evaded it barely. Sarah said, "Now Charmander use a Powerful scratch attack!" Willow yelled out, "Dodge it Nettle!" Nettle tried to locate the Charmander, but couldn't fast enough, as he felt the claws scratch him. Willow heard Nettle's cry as he was injured. "No! Nettle, use your vine whip! Swing them around to clear the smoke, then go for Charmander!" Nettle stood up, hurt, but not finished, and extended his vines. He swung them around, scattering the smoke. Both Pokemon were now clearly visible, and Nettle sent out his vines, to try to attack the Charmander.

"You may have the first attack." That is all Willow heard in her ears. She combed her hair out of her face, and looked straight back at Sarah, then at Nettle and the Charmander. Willow drew her hands from her side together, and replied, "Here I go. Just to clarify, grass is weak against fire, that may be true, but Nettle is more than he may seem." She raised her hand in the air, then yelled out, "Nettle, it's time to show what we have been practicing! Growl!" Nettle growled toward the Charmander. Willow said, "Quick, while it is distracted, hit it with a tackle!" Nettle charged forward and hurled himself into the air, ready to hit the Charmander with a full power tackle.

After the near death experience by the Scyther, Willow got up, surprised that the man in black just ran away. She said, “Hello, my name is Sarah.” Willow smiled. "Nice name." She was about to say more, when she was interrupted by Sarah. “HOLY CRAP I’m LATE!!! For POKESCHOOL!!!  HEY YOU SHOULD COME!!!” Willow replied, "Sure, sounds fun!" They ran off together to the Pokeschool.

Willow listened to what the teacher had to say, and took it in. She watched as Sarah voluteered to battle. Sarah said, “Alright who will Battle My Pidgey First?” A girl volunteered, and sent out a Turtwig. The Turtwig used absorb, but Sarah's Pidgey was too fast, and with a single gust, knocked the Turtwig out. She said, "Good job Pidgey." She was happy, and said, "So...whose next huh?" Willow turned her head and said to Nettle, "What do you think boy? Should we try to take Sarah on?" Nettle nodded his head. "Let's do it!" Willow raised her hand, "I'll take you on."

Willow stood up, and walked out onto the middle of the floor. She reached into her pocket, and pulled out the money that she had found from the man dressed in black. "Oh, and I'll bet this money that I can win." Willow smiled. "Go Nettle!" The top flap on her backpack flew upon, as her Bulbasaur jumped out, and landed on the ground in front of her. Nettle was ready for battle.

Wind rushed by her, as a quick moving body ran past her. Willow said, "Hello?" but it either never reached the runner's ears, or the runner just ignored the words. A young girl, about Willow's age, was the runner, and had ran past her in a hurry. Curious, Willow followed her, to a Pokemon Center. She stopped outside, and peered inside, through the window. Many people sat inside, reading newspapers, chatting, and just waiting around. The girl who had ran inside was at the counter, and had a pokeball in her hand. Willow tiptoed to the front door, and opened it slightly. She could hear the running girl begging that the nurse would help her Charmander. Willow said to herself, "She must care for her Pokemon a lot, like me. But, I wonder what would hurt it so?" Willow brushed the hair out of her eyes, and when she looked again, the running girl was running toward her. Willow's eyes widened, as she dove to the right of the door. The running girl bolted out, back from the direction she had been originally. She said to Nettle, "I wonder where she is off to? Nettle, want to try your new vine whip that we have been practicing?" Her Bulbasaur nodded.

Twin vines sprouted up toward the roof of the Pokemon Center, and the ends secured themselves. Nettle, who was still inside Willow's backpack, focused, and began to retract the vines. Willow and Nettle lifted off the ground, into the air. "Whoa!? This is awesome!" Through the air she elevated, until her feet touched the roof of the Pokemon Center. "Wow, I can see far from this roof!" She looked and saw the running girl, who was slowing down, then stopped. "Hey Nettle, you want to go see what's happening with her?" Her Bulbasaur nodded, and retracted his vines. Willow looked over the side of the roof, and ran towards the edge. She jumped off, falling down through the air. Before she touched the ground, Nettle's vines again sprouted out, and caught them, Willow's feet just inches above the ground. Nettle retracted them again, and they were on their way.

A few mintues later, she found the running girl, and approached her. "Hello? I'm Willow. And you are...?" Willow stretched out her hand to shake, and was about to say more, when a tree above them creaked. Willow looked up, to see tree that was falling down towards them. She said, "Watch out!" Willow jumped, and shoved the running girl out of the way, and barely made it herself. Her clothes now a little dirty, and her knees scuffed up, Willow stood up. She walked over to the base of the tree, to find it had been a clean cut, a perfect clean cut. "Hey, this is from a Pokemon!" Wings began beating, and Willow looked into a dense patch in the forest. Twin blades emerged, with a green scaled body attached, a ravenous jaw, with dark eyes. A Scyther! Willow had fear in her eyes, and said, "Nettle, help, quick!" Nettle popped his head out of her backpack, and jumped out. "Vine Whip!" Nettle shot his vines out, but the Scyther just cut through them. The severed ends of the vines fell to the ground. "Nettle, Tackle!" Nettle jumped into the air, but was just batted out of the way, by the Scyther's large blades, uncut by them, due to being hit by the side. The Scyther landed right in front of Willow, and put it's blade to her neck.

A dark voice appeared from nowhere, and said, "That's enough Scyther." A figure, dressed in black, walked out.

"I don't think the evolved form is "better," no matter what. For example, let's take Ash's Pikachu. If Ash were to clone his Pikachu, then use the Thunderstone on the clone say, and have the two battle, the Raichu would win. But, that doesn't happen. Ash's Pikachu is very well trained, and it isn't just the Pokemon, it is the Pokemon plus the trainer combo. Also, so Pokemon have special abilites that they develop, that is unique solely to them. Such as: Agatha's Gengar, it can move within shadows. Koga's Arbok, it can regenerate it's body completely, as long as it's head is intact. Some trainer from the anime (which I fail to remember the name of), has a Sandshrew, that has trained in water, and has done so, so much that water doesn't effect it, even though it is suppose to be "super effective." The video game is one view of the Pokemon world, but to take it into actual terms, there are many variables that just cannot be applied to the game. So, all in all, a lower evolution can beat an upper evolution."
You put a lot of thought into this o_O

Actually, it took me like 2 minutes, and I just wrote it, then posted it. Didn't check for spelling or grammar errors too.
