Battles » Kenpachi vs. Fourth Raikage vs. Whitebeard

@ReiKai: Actually plot exposition makes evidence.

But I love your hypocrisy. You ask for evidence, then dismiss it because the exposition is delivered by a character.

Anyway Kenpachi's Shikai is explained in the Data books as well, Masked and Unmasked.

Tenchi Masaki » Why is Kami Tenchi considered omnipotent?

@TheBlackDragonz: People generally agreeing on something doesn't mean jack-shit.

If 51% of all people in a community agreed on that Naruto was omnipotent, would they be right? Of course not. Opinions never overshadows fact. And fact is proven with proof. Same thing here, no one can prove that Kami Tenchi is omnipotent.

The word nigh-omnipotent is an oxymoron. Just like nigh-infinity. You're either omnipotent or you're not, and you're either infinite or you're not. There's no in-between. I don't watch Digimon so I can't say anything about Zeed other than that he shouldn't be called nigh-omnipotent. Really f*cking powerful? - Sure. But not nigh-omnipotent.

Battles » Kenpachi vs. Fourth Raikage vs. Whitebeard

@GIRUGAMESH: Spirits are forever with you, canon, deal with it. Kenpachi would steamroll the entire OP verse.

Battles » Kenpachi vs. Fourth Raikage vs. Whitebeard

Kenpachi's Shikai sets his base power at his opponent's level, and with his new eye-patch he can make himself 10 times stronger than his opponent at any time. Kenpachi won't even need to use two hands.

Tenchi Masaki » Why is Kami Tenchi considered omnipotent?

@TheBlackDragonz: @Dream: No, there's no proof that he is. Read through Dream's "evidence" and see for yourself, this is all there is. But if fanboys will believe that Madara from Naruto is omnipotent, then I don't see why people wouldn't believe that Kami Tenchi is omnipotent.

Tenchi Masaki » Why is Kami Tenchi considered omnipotent?

@Dream: I'm not interested in what's accepted, I'm interested in proof.

Now, you can pretend that Kami Tenchi is omnipotent all you want. I don't care about that. But if you can't point out an instance where his powers have been explained to be without any conceivable limits, or that he's explicitly been referred to as omnipotent, then there's no reason for me to accept it.

Tenchi Masaki » Why is Kami Tenchi considered omnipotent?

@Dream: Once again, there's nothing about omnipotence there. And there's no explanation that implies omnipotence, and the word itself is never used. In fact his powers aren't explained at all beyond that he can convert matter to energy with light hawk wings.

Tenchi Masaki » Why is Kami Tenchi considered omnipotent?

@Supreme Marvel: Yes I watched the fan sub.

@Dream: That's not proof. In fact it has nothing to do with what you're replying to. I want a direct screen cap from the anime with subs explaining that he's omnipotent, not some fanboy excuse based off of fallacies and flawed reasoning.

Tenchi Masaki » Why is Kami Tenchi considered omnipotent?

Sorry. Omnipotence, omnipresence and omniscience is never mentioned.

Tenchi Masaki » Why is Kami Tenchi considered omnipotent?

Okay, then move it to the appropriate forum.

Keep in mind that this thread will be used as a forum weapon against anyone who claims that Kami Tenchi has a chance against Demonbane.

Tenchi Masaki » Why is Kami Tenchi considered omnipotent?

1. It's never explained that he's omnipotent in the show or in an author interview.

2. He doesn't have any good feats.

Why is this guy consider omnipotent again? What do the fanboys have to say in his defense?
