Savaris for example has a bunch of useful techniques like: - Roar Kei: Kei-enhanced scream that can disrupt matter and intercept enemy energy attacks and blasts. @JayDox: Hakumen was always at 20%. The thing is that his suit is damaged and thus he can operate only on that level. Still, Hakumen fighting Hazama somehow equally is even better. Hazama is a casual lightning timer (he dodged 3-4 consequtive lightning strikes with ease) and also has the reaction time under 1/480,000th a second. The later is easily a relativistic reaction feat.
