Good list of ecchi-centric anime if that's where you were going. I could add a bunch from my Harem and Romantic Comedy list, but I'm not sure if you're just including shows you've seen or also one's you've heard about. Either way, there's a lot of jiggily (and flat) girls caught in compromising positions in those shows.
Oh, and there's nothing "borderline" about Angel Blade. ;-)
@PenguinDust: Sometimes it's hard to tell whether something is hentai or not. There may be many long scenes one after another where nothing really hentai happens. Angel Blade removed, thx.
I'm including shows I've heard about, I've seen none of them. So probably many elements from your lists could fit here, tell me if I should do something, like granting you permission to edit the list or anything else.

Add Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero - It has some really risque fan service.
Add So, I Can't Play H! - It's the same as the first series except our protagonist is a scrawny pervert.

How is Fairy Tail anime borderline anime? I'm not sure if you meant borderline ecchi or hentai. It got some fan service, but it's not an ecchi anime series unless you viewed its OVA series.

About Fairy Tail, it seems to be quite heavy on fanservice, but I didn't watch it so I may be biased.
It's a wide borderline, a way to picture many "shades of grey". I guess I'll remove it, otherwise I'ld have to add too many light shades of grey and would be hard to stop, I guess it's similar to Bleach, right?
