One thing that this show has going for it is that its version of ''Chi'' isn't absolute, it can be exercised and strengthened through work, birthright, loaned, stage of being, or just by living for lengthy amount of time. That logic comes in play even more so during the Chapter Black Saga, where the show does a complete 180 in its universe, can't really talk about it....spoilers ;P

I would assume that want the viewer to focus more on the subtleties and plot then just Genkai kicking the bucket...thats just my guess at least

I rather not say much because it makes the last episode in the series all the more memorable, tasteful, and so gosh-darn feel good-ie that you can't help but smile, but they are well aware of the team's dynamic and the series is a lot more mature than they're letting on as of current. I wont say more(you'll just have to watch)

I hope they of the more realistic route and stay away from the more mythical protons of Rurouni Kenshin. Wasn't a fan of that i the series, felt it tool away from the message it tried so hard to invoke

@zaldar:Well I'm 24 and I still find silly to be a nice counter balance to the constant stream of seriousness I get from day to day, its nice to just shut the brain off and indulge in some over the top muscle bound brawls and nonsensical discussions on why mythical person B would destroy mythical person X

I think I has more to do with the fact that those titles are so well renown and respected with such a focused theme that it really leaves nothing left to be said that already hasn't. With shows like YYH we can mindlessly discuss our like and dislikes of characters and sort of throw card ...

Ya, the villains in that particular episode were incredibly atrocious, but as stated they get better...I'm not sure why that is, but they do. Its pretty weird now thinking about it.
