I suppose I half-introduced myself in my first topic.  Didn't notice this thread...  Oops.
 
Anyways, I'm TheGremp, and I popped in here from Giant Bomb, and have recently gotten an interest in manga/anime.  I've been reading Persona 4 and Monster, and watching Death Note. (I plan on reading the manga afterwards)  Aside from anime, I'm a gamer and a musician.  Been playing Street Fighter IV a lot - I play online on PC, add me if you want to play  (TheGremp).   I play bass, sing, and am working on the guitar at the moment.  I'm not quite in a band yet, but I play in my church's worship band and High School band, so I guess that counts for something.  I mostly listen to and play metalcore. 
 
I can't exactly think of a way to finish this introduction, so...  Yeah.

I've been watching through Death Note, and I noticed something that doesn't quite add up. 
One of the rules of the Death Note is that once you give up your ownership of the book, you forget about all of your time as Kira.  Yet, there's a point in which one of the books was given to that one Shinigami (Name escapes me) that needed to return it, while another was given to Mikami.  Thing is, Light still remembers everything and reacts as such. 
 
How did that happen?  Am I just missing something here?
