They haven't done it yet, but they are most likely capable of it. Both did demonstate such abilities in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, though.

Magnamon only fights one at a time, and is fully recharged after each one. Who would win?  
 
Note: Magnamon will not run out of energy like he did in 02.

One question, not saying I disagree with you OR vector, but if they attack by destroying atoms, what does that mean for characters such as Imperialdramon? And wouldn't that mean that they could even give ZeedMillenniummon trouble?

Both of thier backstories are adequate, I perhaps could elaborate a little more on Starscream's Champion level years, but I don't know what to put there XD Dracomon's is basically the same, but starts from when he hatches.

Draco won't always have to be one. I can have him change to, say, Garchomp, Rayquaza, Acnologia, ANY dragon.

Wow, I was right...back on topic. As far as I know, most of the characters seem to be on the level of Mewtwo, but Hades does seem pretty powerful to me. Being able to possibly defeat Imperialdramon Fighter Mode is pretty tough, as since his profile states he can destroy realspace planets easily.
