@The Stegman : If you're looking for good action, it takes like 200+ episodes before the animators even start to do a half ass attempt at a good fight scenes. Around the 300s someone decided that the most popular series and most profitable series shouldn't also be the worst looking series and the animators starting putting in actual effort and now it's one of the better looking shounen shows when it comes to animation. You've only got like 200 episodes to go before you finally get a pay off for sitting though shounen tropes of the power or friendship conquering all and people screaming nakama 8 times a minute.

wow...really, it takes THAT long?? lol  oh well, I'mm stick with it, see if you're right.   I know it's insanly popular, and it's like the highest selling manga every in Japan, so I finally decided to give it a try, but yeah, 90 episodes in and I'm still not overly impresed by it, some of the scenes are indeed touching, like Nami's backstory, and the Sanji leaving the Baratie, but sometimes it just drags on way too long, it goes from sentimental to..okay, just hurry up and leave already. As for the fights...honestly they are kinda meh and fall into the category of normal Shonen stereotypes of the villain underestimating Luffy, them standing around at letting him do it, until finally, shocker, Luffy proves them wrong and somehow wins. Perhaps I should have stuck with the manga first, but honestly from the hype I hear from it, I was expecting to be blown away a littler sooner than 90 plus episodes in. I will however stick with it. 

@Destinyheroknight: Meh, I recently started it, and I'm currently on episode 90 or so (after Chopper came aboard) and so far..it has failed to impress me.

I really don't see the appeal of One Piece....at all.

years and years of being told that they are attractive, I think that if people stop making a big deal about them, eventually society will grow to ignore them entirely

Yeah, sorry about the confusion, I was reffering to the chakra cloak that couldn't be followed, however the OP claimed that Sharingan was different from Haki, so I posted the feat of Sasuke predicting a no tailed Naruto's movements to show they were similar.

...true, but that was just a one tailed Naruto, his weakest transformation, he gains speed for each tail, plus now that he's controlled it, he's much faster himself

@LiquidPrince: the Haki shows the user what moves the other person is going to make before they do it, call it premonition, prediction or what you will, it's  not mind reading and it has a weakness to unpredictable attacks. As I stated, the Sharingan also shows the user what moves an opponent will make

@The Stegman : Haki is not vulnerable to unpredictable attacks. There is no unpredictable attack for a Haki user. It's only a matter of speed. The only time a Haki user had problems was when Boa Hancock's sisters could see what Luffy was about to do, but weren't fast enough to dodge him when he was in Gear Second. Also the thing people are forgetting is that Luffy could drop Ichigo and Naruto with Haoshoku Haki if he wanted to. In Marineford his untrained Haoshoku Haki dropped hundred of people, vice admirals included, and even the admirals and Sengoku were shaken. After the time skip Luffy's Haoshoku Haki is far more powerful then it was before. Even if Naruto and Ichigo are strong willed enough to withstand it, they will still be rattled enough to slow them and leave openings for Luffy to one shot them.

But didn't Luffy manage to bapass Enel's mantra by bouncing his fists off of walls or something? thus making it impossible to know where they would land? That's pretty much what the demon shroud does, it acts interdependently of Naruto's own body language.  And as for Haoshoku, I don't by that one, It may work on random fodder characters but both Ichigo and Naruto are the strongest willed people in their respective manga, Some strong willed characters in OP ignored it completely,I doubt it would have any effect on them at all.

I don't disagree with you that it would be a tough fight. But Luffy could use Haki to see the attacks coming way in advance. Even if the first six minutes are of him dodging, he could out last Ichigo. The difference between Ichigo, Naruto and Luffy is that all of Ichigo's and Naruto's attacks come in bursts. They have a short time limit to go all out before they revert to far weaker states. Luffy is not like that... He could use his strongest attacks even on the verge of death. He would be going all out for the duration of the entire fight where as Ichigo and Naruto would get warn out far quicker. 

I have a bit of a question, you say Luffy's precog abilities will help him against Naruto, but I recall the Haki being vulnerable to unpredictable attacks and not being able to read them well, and Naruto's chakra cloak usually moves on it's own accord, even Sasuke with a developed sharingan couldn't predict his movements, do you think Luffy could?
