Ignoring the previous posts for obvious reasons, Vegeta wins. Any DBZ character with a Power Level that rivals a Super Saiyan or beyond, is more than capable of taking Superman down. But that isn't exactly true in some cases, depending on which incarnation of Superman and Vegeta.
