At no point did I find myself watching this thinking about how bad it looked. I didn't notice any of the screenshots brought here because, hey, I was watching the episode while it was still moving. I'm not saying the animation is always super amazing, but I don't think it ever gets bad enough to be distracting, unless you're looking for it to be bad.

I actually saw a bit of a personality in Charlie Yu. I t wasn't much, but when Yosuke was complaining about the fall into the television, he said "That's nothing new," making fun of Yosuke constantly getting hurt up to that point. Maybe he'll keep being super sarcastic and calm about everything; that could be an interesting way to portray the character.
