Do you want me to blow your mind?
Guess how many bullets are in that gun he's holding?

Taylor coughed up blood as he rolled along the ground after taking Surskit's attack, right in the ribs.
"THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?!" Taylor shouted, putting on a very pained face while suppressing, quite successfully, the urge to laugh.
The paleness in his face was very convincing.
"GUYS, THE STONE'S CONTROLLING HIM!" Taylor shouted. "HE JUST LASHED OUT AT ME! WE GOTTA-"
Taylor then looked up at the mechs coming from above.
"Sir." Taylor said with a crisp salute. "I can get the stone out of Surkit's bloodstream before its too late, but I'll need your help in holding him down once we take out the mechs." Taylor suggested in a professional voice, his face a picture of absolute terror controlled by military training and determination.

It had been quite some time since the initial exam, and now it was the day before a certain exhibition match between two more experienced students.
Specifically, Tika Vs Sarah.
After the events of that day, Tika's popularity had taken quite a nose-dive. Certain images went viral, and wolf-whistles still followed her wherever she went on campus, despite the efforts from teachers to maintain her dignity and privacy.
And tomorrow would be her chance to reclaim the former glory. By crushing her rival in a battle.
A young man approached her during lunch period. She ignored him best she could, but when he started stealing her chips, he was asking for a slap.
The only reason he didn't get one was because of the comment he made.
[ SO, I HEAR YOU NEED A FIRST YEAR PARTNER FOR TOMORROW'S MATCH ]
The fact that he had approached her, that he knew who she was and what was happening tomorrow, told a lot about the boy in and of itself.
[ MY NAME'S JOEY ]
[ I'M THE MOST DANGEROUS FIRST YEAR IN THE SCHOOL ]
As if to prove his point, he placed a VS recorder onto the table, then walked away.
Curiosity piqued, Tika pressed the play button, and watched in awe as this Joey took down a dragonite with only a ratatta.
The battle was over within a minute. This kid, even with the weakest pokemon, could train them in such a way as to completely cripple the greatest powerhouses.
Tika wanted him on her team.
"HEY!" She shouted, getting to her feet. "JOEY!"
Standing in the hallway, a good distance from the dining hall, Taylor grinned to himself at a job well done.
The girl would be begging for him to help her.
He had broken her and now he was rebuilding her in a more usable shape.
And thus his influence spread.
@Surkit: @Nerx: @Feral_Nova: @Juni_Hinamura: @Jlynnana:
Taylor was glad that his ploy was working well, but was incredibly concerned.
Lynn was still feeling pain from a wound that never happened and chi that was never spent.
That stone was resisting his All Fiction.
That was impossible.
You cannot feel lingering pain from events that never happened.
But with that stone's abilities...
Taylor would not allow that stone to continue existing.
That kind of artefact would require him to lay his hands on it, but he would completely reduce it to the stuff of legend- a fable, and nothing more. And everyone here would have been chasing a dream, a rumour spread by some military activists.
But now, Taylor had another problem.
With the terra destroyer down, they had hostiles approaching at an incredible rate. Taylor could take them out, but Eli Hess couldn't.
"Guys, I'll stay behind and heal your wounds." He announced, getting into formation. "Gimme some time, I'll track down the stone's location."
Then a thought struck him. A thought that made him smile on the inside.
As he passed by Lynn, he said something so quietly, she'd think that she only imagined it. So quietly, she'd hear it in her own voice.
[ JUST LIKE WHAT CHI SHOGUN DID TO YOUR HOME ]
Keeping a straight face as he got into position, he drew his gun and got ready for the attack, stood behind Surkit.
Ready to put a bullet in his neck when he got the chance to steal that rock.
@Lobos_Del_Rayo: @Sonata: @Jlynnana: @Masterofdeath:
Taylor observed Moyasu carefully, watching for the weaknesses.
Old scars. Mental trauma. Humanity returning. Gaps in sword stances. Sword stances out of practice.
He prepared a debilitating Book Maker screw and launched it, right through all of the gaps in Moyasu's defences. It wouldn't cause any physical damage, but it would weaken him to the level of a small child with no sword experience or resistance to pain or torture. Once that pierced, there would be no blood, but he would be defenceless to Hagane's and everyone else's attacks.
@Juni_Hinamura: @Jlynnana: @Surkit: @Feral_Nova:
"I'm a freaking medic!" Taylor shouted at the crazy swordswoman. "You can't feel my life-force because I radiate as I take in! I am one with my environment so I can control the flow and use that life-force to heal others. All is one and one is all."
To prove his point, Taylor erased a few of the scratches Juni had picked up, either from the Terra Destroyer or from the landing, making sure not to erase the damage to her clothing while he did so. He also performed the surgery bit-by-bit, so she would actually feel it 'healing'.
"Like I said, Eli Hess." Taylor said with a pleasant smile. "Nice to be working with you, miss Hinamura. And I know your names from the operations file, not because I'm a creepy spy. Because I'm not a spy. Or creep-" Taylor- or Eli, slapped his own forehead at his apparent stupidity. He was a brilliant liar. Faking the tells, completely immersing those around him in this character he was weaving for them. Like his name suggested, he was perfectly fabricating a whole new identity out of whole cloth, and the best part was how the computer systems around the world were actually re-rewriting their data as he spoke, so when the team looked him up, they would actually find his details on the ship
They might find Joey's too, but Joey was a different character. A loud, gruff veteran of a soldier that liked to drink and kinda got a bit rough with the girls on the weekend. Nothing like this young teenager who was laughing at his own social awkwardness.
"Do over." Eli said with a sheepish smile. "My name's Eli Hess. I'm a healer. I'm on your side. It's nice to meet you."

Taylor rushed along the dying grass, panting for breath as he did so. One hand held a gun at the Terra Destroyer, the other hand touching the dying grass.
Instantly, green life began to spread from the tip of his fingers. "Eli Hess, healer." Taylor shouted, firing a couple of rounds at the beast before rushing towards Lynn. The grass turned green wherever his feet trod, spreading out to combat the decay, and he slid towards the comatose Lynn, using his All Fiction to erase her wounds, just as he was using his All Fiction to erase the effects of the stone.
Of course, to the rest of the team, it would look like he was very proficient in his professed field- healing, despite the fact this his actual ability was nothing of the sort.
However, if he could bring glass to life and cure people from mortal wounds, it would be easy for them to believe his story.
Taylor grinned at his opponent as the food was brought to them. He reached into a thin wallet and withdrew a card and placed it onto the table.
It bore his face, and the words [ Nozomi Suemitsu - GOURMET KING 2009 ]
Within minutes, the plate of chicken wings was a pile of bones, and Taylor was working on the fries, making sure to apply liberal ketchup to fill the extra space.
Dave, gloved hand on the window, whistled as he watched Lynn skydive out of the Air-carrier. "Man, that's pretty sick, right Joey?"
He turned to find a gun aimed at his chest.
[ OPEN IT ]
Dave didn't hear a sound. The text literally appeared before his eyes, blinding him as his teammate continued to point the weapon at him.
[ THE WINDOW ]
[ OPEN IT BEFORE I OPEN YOU ]
Dave wasn't having it. With trained calmness, he tried to calm his teammate "Joey, put the gun-"
There was no sound as a large screw pierced Dave's jaw. He slumped against the wall, and Taylor pushed him aside.
With a grin, he summoned a multitude of screws that pierced every bolt on the sheet of metal that formed the wall. They span, and within seconds the wall flew off into the sky, pulling Taylor with it.
He flipped, then formed a swan dive as he used his All Fiction ability to erase Dave's wounds and death, as well as the damage done to the air-carrier.
The flying wall had returned to the air-carrier, and Taylor was in free-fall.
He kept his eyes focused on Lynn. She wasn't going to know he was following her. He had no chi for her to detect, no physical presence to sense, no aura to... aura out? Whatever. Taylor was completely unnoticeable not by the merit of his stealth, but rather that he was supernaturally easy to ignore.
For the time being, he was somebody else's problem. An unexpected guest that they didn't know about yet.
