Tried it. Guys weren't really attractive or interesting compared to Arcana or Amnesia's cast.
My bad, I keep asking questions without looking them up. I see it's on Crunchyroll. I'll comment soon and update the OP.
I can see why they called Boob and Soul because of the predominant female cast we have and outfits. Makes sense it was based on a game because this is geared towards male demographics. This show reminds me of Queen's Blade except Blade and Soul has less kinkier, ridiculous, and revealing attire.
Besides that, I thought those guys would be the supporting characters. They were all expendable and killed within the first episode leaving the female chief (who I don't see the 2nd episode preview) and Alka.
Nike's hair reminds of Koko's. I tried to describe the hair color, but it's somewhat orange. Anyways, I think I'll follow up with the series. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't that impressive to reel me in. Another story with a female protagonist - remembering the trend that Hal pointed out. Blade and Soul and this show has that theme.
Never seen a show where the age is reverse in a couple. I don't see a couple with the woman being older than the guy in any anime I seen so far.
I was hoping they weren't blood related. From the poster, they look like a pair. After reading the synopsis and watching the episode, my fears came true. I don't think they pretending like they did in Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero. That's a good comparison. Both are pretty confident in their abilities. Tatsuya is more respectful towards women than Akatsuki Ousawa. At least, there won't be fan service of Aesthetica level in this show.
Just finished the episode a few minutes ago. From first impressions, you got a smart, serious protagonist, a sister who is oddly attached to her brother (I don't think it's blood related.), a monk with an uniform fetish, and more. I'll keep watching it.
One request for next time. If the image or wiki page has adult material, put NSFW in your request. I was on the family computer. Luckily, my siblings were playing games in their bedroom.
I know that a lot of these shows are region lock. Do what you can. It's part of the site to encourage legal access whenever possible. All that counts in the end is folks discussing their shows and promoting the discussion threads.
Had to edit your comment. The lines between legal streaming site and nonlegal streaming sites are blurring. Can't blame you if you confused one site for being legal.
The art style in Jojo's is pretty unique. Kind of old school gothic style.
